Always beaut to hear your interpretations - thanks again ... But bloody frustrating what they sadly reveal ... and have done for some time. Management clearly has little regard for the "right" way of going about things it seems and furthermore has no interest in taking on board the wisdom of people such as yourself.
If there is a master plan, it appears invisible to the experienced observers. The ongoing maintenance of the salary appears the highest priority here. As you say/infer, something concrete - not hot air, needs to be forthcoming - quick!
