The most important statement in the Ann for me as it relates to the DFS and hitting the proposed 2021 production start date is:

"Extensive drilling indicates shallow weathering and potential for improved magnetic recovery, directly improving project economics."

Anyone wants to understand why, this is explained in this post and embedded posts therein - Post #: 37370812 Whilst mass recovery is said to be about 60% overall, in the oxidised section which you need to go through first it is less than 50%, whilst a lot higher in the fresh and transitional layers. Sorting recovery out in the oxidised sections we have huge benefits to the project NPV and IRR overall.

Comments around resource extension are a nice to have in the Ann only, so the other important comment in the Ann is that they are comfortable with what they are modelling in the proposed pit (i.e. no surprises in that area from the PFS and how it translates to the DFS mining technique wise given the deposit structure itself and that is a very good thing btw).

@Sparra35 , in terms of your questions on price in the other thread I gave my views in this post a little while ago - Post #: 37712728
