They will finely negotiate it after testing the markets i.e. banks and brokers. The goal is to have 60% in the build debt the streaming plus equity to make up the capex on the 40%.
They will mimise equity at these prices but the debt providers will want some equity as well to sweeten their deal. Due to the mine life I don't think the streaming deal will be for more than six or seven years. Other than that I'm waiting for the DFS to fine tune.
The price of the equity or the raisings to go with it should come up once the streaming deal is announced and the NPV divided by residual equity and thus target SP can be much more accurately estimated. In fact, the streaming deal will be used for just that purpose i.e lifting the SP for the build associated raising.
