We should be sitting somewhere between the two below, this is based on Hillgrove, cash on hand (excluding WOGEN) and other assets/potential upside (~$30m). Hopefully realised in the short term... LRV isn't just flying under the radar, its at the bottom of the Mariana trench. All IMO
Conservative NAV per Share: $0.94
Optimistic NAV per Share: $1.96
Conservative Scenario:NAV =$210 million
Optimistic Scenario: NAV =$436 million
