SXG fully diluted is over $500m mcap and in talks considering a merger. Needs to spend $300m to get mining.
LRV will be mining years before SXG with startup cost minimal and off takers starting to line up.
Dilution from here will be bare minimum if at all, CEO has already mentioned that they likely won't need to be heading back to the market.
when you look at SXG and what they need to spend and do to get digging. LRV is a massive BUY
Cannot see too many headwinds towards $1.. that's a conservative $1
