I think funding of $75m will quickly follow the DFS as lenders have had access to the data room, visited the minesite and inspected the plant.
MACA/THEISS are highly respected noting the $75m split was ~ $45m to upgrade and $30m in preproduction expenses for mining and stockpiles.
Funding of $75m is well within a single bank risk appetite & once approved / accepted by LRV it is then likely most of the material CPs will likely already have been met.
The security package is within all TIER 1 LEGAL FIRMS capacity to deliver in an expedited period.
