New blood needs to get in here and turn it around. The value is still there in the ground. This is going in the bottom drawer for a while.
One of my best investments was a turnaround story which everyone said was done and dusted after "bad decisions" by management. Over 10 bagged the next year or two after that with plenty still to go!?

Rightly or wrongly I can't (don't) want to let it go. The ore is still in the ground so huge potential if it can be steered correctly. Holding because of that. Will see what happens and if the newbies can turn it around. The next 3-6 months are going to tell the story.
