it is never easy to change the direction of the company and i do agree, could have been handled much much better but i do feel like they are trying to rectify the gung ho attitude Mel was running with and doing things in a lot more logical and thoughtful manner.
priority has to be Thalanga and the transition to Liontown now whilst the scope of Hillgrove is worked through. agree that hiring and now firing at Hillgrove was a rookie error
