The word around town is you don't need to worry about being compulsorily acquired in a cheap take over.
If weak hands want to exit and someone who sees the potential is successful in getting a decent stake it could be good news. Having a supportive major shareholder with deep pockets could underpin a great future.
A bird in the hand in a full value takeover is of course a completely different story.
