It is starting to make sense to me that the financier also gets to acquire the CR shares.
If $140M and 35% is equity thats 72M new shares.
thats exactly 15% of the then 483M shares..
which is why the is a resolution to the AGM to go outside the normal number of shares that can be raised.
But what does it mean to us current share holders?
We would have a dilution of 14% ish but there would be $49M extra in the bank (plus $91M in the bank against a $91M loan)
So..really again..it’s not that bad.
If you are fed up with that dilution, buy 15% more shares at 67c today
