if you are purchaser intending on buying Hillgrove and you are in discussions with the owner the one thing you would make sure of is that the mining permit is current and not expired. The permit had expired by approximately a week, discussions would have been ongoing for at least 6-8 weeks prior to acquisition. Therefore they didn't do their due diligence in knowing when the permit was up for renewal and making sure it didn't expire. I'm glad that you can read the DFS and PFS and hopefully you can make an informed investment decision. Your assumptions re: my reading the DFS and PFS are incorrect.
