Now that the DFS has confirmed what we have in the ground, debt funding should be easy to obtain
If we have 7 financiers looking at giving us funds with a pay back term of less than a year of production we are in a very good position
If equity is used as a percentage of finance then pay back isn't required at all, even though this isn't the preferred option

I thought financing was almost complete ? June / July doesn't sit with what Ron has said, I thought I heard him say it was imminent or words to that effect

So to get this right will it be in this order ?

1) Webinar tomorrow with a future plan of attack released to share holders
2) AGM on Friday - voting completed, maybe Board member changes or other appointments made
Are any other announcements usually made at an AGM ? Like drill results ? etc
3) Then Finance is announced soon after with a clear path to production released
this may involve a CR
I would assume if we have finance announced then the SP will be over $1, so Cr will be current price less 15 % or there abouts ?

Ive never been through this before so is this the order of events etc that we should be looking at ?
