"I hope you are well. I have a couple of questions for the session on Thursday with LRV:ASX Larvotto Resources.
i) Can you please provide us a timeline of key milestones through to production over the next 12-18 months;
ii) Are Larvotto looking to raise additional equity as part of the capital required to get to production in 2026 or will it be all debt? If you are looking for additional equity, will existing shareholder be given the option to take up additional shares to avoid dilution?
iii) Why are the performance shares being proposed as such a low level given the current share price and value presented in the DFS?"
