He confirms the equity raising 30-40% of total raise.
so yes 40m shares looks about right..another 12% lets say of issued shares
so that could be (should be) a 1 for 8 renounceable issue by blue ocean ..
this is not a train wreck. Far from it..but it does explain why the insto is smashing the shared price down.
