Looking at the financing it became increasingly obvious they needed debt and equity
insiders/brokers would know this..
The stock was a $1 but shares prices move a lot faster than paperwork for financing does..so I imagine he is as frustrated as us that the rug has been pulled from him as well..so now he has to do the CR at sub 70c.
The only hope we can have is that we get first dibs.
i think that will happen.
