The Chairman of Hillgrove, Dean Brown, stated “The Board has reviewed the carrying value of all assets
in the Company in significant detail and is satisfied the value is reflected in the balance sheet. This is
particularly pleasing when compared to the Company’s current market capitalisation which is​

significantly below the book value.”

Tell us what "book value" is!

And yet HGO rattles along the bottom of all time share price lows.

And neither Mr Brown nor his Directors appear to have supported the company share price over the last 14 months by being seen to be buying stock in their own company.
