Read Hills "investing" = cutting more experienced staff and outsourcing more departments overseas to make the books look slightly better by pulling the wool over people's eyes.
Nothing this company does will result in growth, all the experience and long term brands have gone. What have they got left from all the last companies they bought? They're probably hoping for someone to take them over now, as a whole or as separate departments.
