TBO ... I'm not very impressed with the price action given the news over the past couple of days. Something is not right.
Obviously there is still major risk with the project going ahead and these days investors seem to be much more careful when putting money into high risk mining stocks.
If this was a standout and undervalued stock, it wouldn't be at 21c.
