In general, elevation increases as one moves further west from the mine location. The north-south running Mount Lofty/Flinders Ranges are to the immediate east of the port (assuming its Port Pirie or nearby) and represent the most significant barrier.
Most roads in that section of the ranges would be more more than 600m or so. Elevation of the mine itself looks to be around 200m but its a very gradual increase when you're talking 400km of pipeline.
