    they have no idea what they doing.. as some have mentioned it's BOD lifestyle company. they a sitting around doing FA and getting paid at our expense.

    there is no transparency, the placement offer is to raise 8.8million before cost..

    Bryan what are the cost of placement to institutions and cost of retail offer?
