I fully understand your frustration. In fact i should be much frustrated and angry than you are.
But from an investment perspective, I rather see Bryan stay, learn from his past shortcomings and do a better job than seeing a new MD with more costs to the company in terms of performance shares and options and 1-2 more years of learning and understanding about the project and working with the specialists and no guarantee of doing a better job. There is no guarantee of new MD doing a better job. That is a risky proposition to me.
As a human being we do tend to learn from mistakes to do things in a better way.
There is an AGM in Oct-Nov, we will know if Bryan and his team can do a better job or not.
Trust me i am as much angry and disappointed as you are if not more, but from an investment perspective i cannot accept a higher potential risk with a new MD.
