it's a terrible management team alright, missed targets, broken promises and the board actually looks very hollow now. there's nothing strategic about this announcement that I can see lol.
the economics of this project is there, really need someone or team with the ability to lead and bring this project to fruition.
TA wise nothing to see here, perhaps an odd countertrend pop around the corner.
