Ann: HIPO Executes Kamola Lithium Project 60% Joint Venture, page-5

Fantastic news, and finally some action to excite us shareholders and hopefully also the rest of market.

Key elements of the ANN:

1.Delineation work to commence immediately
2.Initial drilling program to commence in Q1 2019 (between 2-4 months)
3.$1 million to spent over the next 12 months.

According to the quarterly report from two weeks ago the company had $1,164,000 cash available as of September 30th so they have clearly already paid a big chunk of the Next Battery investment and they still have plenty of money available to spend $250k on the initial drilling program. It’s a small cap company so of course they will have to raise money sooner or later to finance the rest of the $1 million commitment but sure as hell any fundraising will be at many multiples of this price.

It’s really good to see the company finally starting to deliver on its promise as far as the lithium goes and all at a market cap of $5 million. This is a multi-bagger in the making boys, make no mistake about that.

AVZ market cap $147 million
4CE market cap $10.5 million
TTX market cap C$11.5 million
HIP market cap $5 million

I reckon this can bag or more before Christmas and then look at increasing further in Q1 based on the lithium project alone. When you factor in that Q1 is also when the battery prototype is due to be ready then you have a backstop of the lithium project of 2-4 times the current shareprice and the potential for ridiculous multiples of this if the battery project is successful.

At this price Hipo offers:

a) potentially life-changing returns from minimal investment if the battery project is successful.
b) 2-4 times potential returns over the next 6 months on the Crown JV project alone.
c) Very limited downside risk as none of the potential is currently priced in.

Fingers crossed, but in my opinion this looks like the beginning of a very exciting time to be a Hipo shareholder.
