Hoping to be proved wrong but wouldn't be surprised in 6 months time, if the sentence reads;
"Cost plus for 1620's "labour cost" is quite vague, but we probably can reasonably expect that it should not be exorbitant."
If we have anything worthy in the ground then it will run on it's own if not we will be cap raising to fund 1620's "labour costs"
