1620 Capital is a company connected to Jason Brewer who has been very active in African investments over the last year or so. He is also a director of Winmar Resources who have gone from 0.1c to 2.4c over the last year with a Cobalt processing facility in the DRC so he clearly knows how to deliver shareholder value.

Jason Brewer is also Managing Director of Force Commodities Ltd so has significant experience in Lithium in the DRC. and is also a director of Vector Reources who are focused on Gold in the DRC. He also has long standing connections to Hipo as he is the CEO of Africa Phosphate who initially sold the Namkara Mine to Hipo.

There is a very interesting article on him here in https://static1.squarespace.com/sta...68d87/1534155196204/pd263-Aug18-mag-18-25.pdf which shows the level of contacts he has got in the DRC – sounds like it could all be good news for Hipo, with the in-countyr services stuff and could be even better if the cobalt, copper and tin licenses are taken up.

Hipo seem to be moving forward to start to give themselves a big platform in the battery sector with their existing lithium and potential cobalt projects. All seems like a big positive to me.
