I too found this a bit strange. Why would someone that’s so highly regarded and has a new technology worth potentially hundreds of millions need to give away a third of their business for $1.5 mill
Seems like they can’t get finance anywhere else for more favorable terms to me...
Definitely a bit fishy IMO
But this battery tech stuff is just potential icing on the cake.
It’s the DRC Lithium and cobalt that most of us are in for.
