This is a massive red flag, I would be very hesitant to trust management who failed to do research into the people behind "Next Batteries".
Ask yourself why a company claiming to have the holy grail of battery tech wouldn't have been snapped up by the likes of:
The list is goes on. These multi billion dollar companies have more than enough funds to snap up a technology and would have teams of employees researching / scouting for technologies incubated from Universities and Colleges worldwide.

- Tesla
- Bosch/Samsung
- NEC
- A123Systems
- Primearth EV Energy Co, a joint venture between Toyota and Matsushita Electric Industrial Co
- Sanyo
- GS Yuasa (JV with Mitsubishi Motors, and Mitsubishi Corp.; provides batteries for Mitsubishi)
