All this information you have outlined was uncovered by shareholders alone - not the company itself despite their two rounds of "due diligence" - who thought there was something a bit fishy about a battery potentially worth a billion dollars coming to an ASX speccy like LWP. None of this info above was available at the start and it was quite extraordinary what shareholders were able to uncover.
They also kept the scientific team a secret but thanks to some persistance as well as a few Russian speaking shareholders, it wasn't long before it started to unravel.
Lets hope history doesn't repeat.
