Sadly, as Hatmopit and others above have inferred, until there is a transparent and timely REPATRIATION protocol agreed of funds to LOM from Angolan Gov’t/Endiama everything else is ‘white noise’, even if its colour is pink!
It begs the question, why would LOM want to find a kimberlite pipe under this current repatriation regime. It would severely confine its true value.
