yes, it feels like it is up to the EU to determine if the Gronnedal / Ivigtut are strategic or not, but there is no point waiting for them much longer.

The EU currently don't even have managers for their own sovereign funds according this May article; earlier articles suggest the Germans will likely copy Japan's JOGMEC, because they have loss their capability to execute.

Imagine calling for assistance in establishing an alternative supply chain through the EU CRMA vs China, but not actually providing any financial incentives to the alliance partners over the last 18 months...

This next 6 months will determine if the EU-schizophrenia can make a material decision in our favour.
