    I got really good engagement to my email (see earlier post) from both Elias and Ray. Judging by the presentation they have just put out they seem to have taken some of the ideas on board.

    I'm a fan of the acquisition strategy (though agree small bolt-ons would be safest). Better than having the cash just sit there - or worse, used for share investments again. They are clearly good at what they do - lets channel the spare cash into it!
