nice sp recovery today - timing seems to coincide with the dividend announcement. seems very bizarre share price movement - small company of course.
company not really helping itself either. As well as the commentary noted yesterday above (thanks all) I'm not sure why they announce the dividend a day later. Approval of the accounts, and of the dividend, both require Board approval, surely it would all be done at the same board meeting on the same day??
Anyway, company still kicking goals, some unorthoxy on their part (as above), but more progress to come, I hope.
I'm not worried about acquisitions. The fact they wanted to play the sharemarket with spare cash, and that some of the execs have big personal holdings, all suggests I should be happy to back them to acquire wisely.
