Ray is growing used to the juicy dividend check now I reckon... first thing this morning I checked his paycheck and dividend receipt the last few cycles, and I knew a fair dividend's highly likely.

3c is higher than I expected. I think 5-6c div a year should be maintainable.

nearly 100% payout ratio this HY. of course I don't mind that. cash paid out to shareholders (and potentially fund Ray's next luxury car purchase) is way better than being thrown into acquisitions that we don't know will generate shareholder wealth.

I prefer small bolt-ons paid with mainly script + a small upfront cash consideration.
