I think it'll be one for clubs to negotiate with their insurers for discounts then to be passed on to club members as a result (e.g. insert on purchase unique club code number / member number). This seems easier to navigate as opposed to getting waivers from some players who can't afford in the first instance), or don't have private health insurance to get the "benefit of cheap sunglasses at an optometrist".
I'm keen to see what commercial terms have been negotiated with Shock Doctor though and expect that'll come through soon.
