to be clear a "capper" is somebody selling because they are happy to sell at this price - the question to ask is why BRB went down after today's announcement. is it possible that larger holders think Tom is focussing more on exploration than progressing the existing reserve to feasibility, financing and development? not meant as a leading question - just interested in why good drilling results from a prospect with little expectation has pushed the price down. selling to participate in the next capital raising does not stack up as an explanation because with a placement most retail holders won't participate.
