For big sales - check if Cinda is back to drip feeding little blocks in to market. Memory is they did this over last 2 years and focused on this time of year when there was a bit more liquidity in YAL leading up to Divy time. With 157m shares left, easy to drop that kind of parcel on the market. See if it continues over coming days otherwise it's nothing.
Agree with Hagetaka, getting in to the shoulder seasonal change in direction and some may rotate out. a big Divvy may give a bit of extra bump up, but will have to wait and see
