Person 1 - So we own a fair bit of YAL .... its earning heaps lets buy the rest of it
Person 2 - We bought it cheap years ago
Person 1 - yeah lets offer a good price
Person 2 - but it used to be cheap the other owners should be happy with $3.60
Person 1 - but we dont have any cash
Person 2 - offer a new note and use the cashflow to repay them
Person 3 - that offer of $3.60... might have to make that USD
Person 1 & 2 - nah thats too much
Person 3 - but its still 50% below what we should offer
Person 1 & 2 - shut up
Person 1 ok make it USD
Person 2 ok we should own it by the end of June
Person 3 - there is a process
