Hows the justification for the offer, they talk like the price a year ago is a representation of the long time share price!
Someone needs to tell these jokers that this is a cyclical business and we're in a bull market! So if you want to put a bid in forget the price a year ago whilst we were coming out of a black swan event and look at the future cash flows and make an offer thats double digits and in cash not some bogus notes out of Hong Kong.
so basically GTFOH.
