we cann't rule out any possibility. may be 1.5 in 2 months time who knows. I am ready to avg down.
I like its' strong finacial position and the long term prospect. but one thing I hate most is seems HLO management has never done anything about SP, no PR, no buy back, no insiders share accumulation at low points in the past.
