It doesn't mean alot for you as a SH, basically, your business HLO has sold part of the business for $100m in cash and and $75m worth of CTM shares.
The market liked it, obviously, and as HLO has more cash on hand it is better placed to weather the COVID storm should it persist longer than expected. Hope that helps.
