Given how concentrated hlo ownership is if hlo they can get some of Webjet for private equity at good prices like they have ( close to 10 percent ) it inflates the market value of hlo and hlo would be easier to deal with when it comes time to placing an offer. Its hard to think the price. I doubt it will be a crazy high offer but hlo is undervalued at the moment so for those that but in now it should be a good gain.
