Something is brewing, in a short time frame HLO has taken x3 5% chunks of Web privately and doesn't have to disclose it we only find out through the other party what is happening...there could be a case of a takeover merger but I doubt HLO would go private.
Web has a huge cash pile that could be used to accelerate a much bigger combined company. It does seem like an unusual play by HLO but it is a complimentary business and makes sense. I just don't see how HLO is allocating so much cash to it when we could use it...so it seems like a good bet from the CEO.
