As LTH,s of this stock (many years) I see this report as positive, certainly better than I had expected in these troubled times.
I dont subscribe to buy backs unless a company is making big profits that overload its balance sheet, this is not the case here and whilst they can find investments that add to EBITDA and profitabilty I believe that to be a better use of cash, reference to CTD/FLT/WEB buy backs shows they have had little impact on share value to date.
This stock remains seriously undervalued and at some point will rerate in due course, if it doesn,t it might become a target itself.
