I tend to agree on this. Valuation is seriously low. I looked at a potential value trap early on as the SP came down to 52w lows. I see a good company, still a few years of earnings and cashflow ahead and balance sheet wise its not bad. It is a matter of time as you have pointed out, a takeover, a rerate to a PE close to peers or simply any movement up as we keep collecting a divvie. $50m + EBITDA is no small ability to earn in this market.
I was wrong this morning I thought the market wouldn't like a new guidance...but it seems it's still very reasonable.
