Part of the issue is the decline in margins, which appears to be attributed primarily to the impact of the ETG acquisition. IMO this acquisition resulted in increased operational costs and integration challenges at a time when there is a downward trend in travel. With these factors combined, the company is not be in a position to allocate funds for a Share buyback program.
management need to urgently explore cost-saving measures and strategic initiatives to improve margins, especially as we face significant downward pressures in the market.
