Yes, I've been watching ctd ( our 20% stake in it, as well as harbinger). Was starting to rise then hit by Wall St meltdown n out inflation. Not sure the fate of ctd is identical to hlo. Our base is very cushioned from interest hikes. There may be contagion from general market hit if rates up in Aug but LT this must go up. It's a bumpy ride but I'm fastening my seatbelt.
