NTA was $2.99 as of Friday.
SP is around $2.49 today.
NTA-SP discount is therefore currently $0.50 (17% of NTA).
Before last year's disastrous conference portfolio smashed the NTA, HM1's SP was at a substantial premium to the NTA.
The combination of new core fund managers, new core portfolio investment guidelines and a new conference portfolio provide reasons for optimism.
The current large NTA-SP discount contains potential profits if the changes at HM1 result in the flat performance of the last six months being replaced by an upwards trend that pulls the SP back towards the NTA.
