mate, they failed to pay last quarter dividend and you are now approaching second quarter...! If there is no dividend then how much people lost who bought at $1 after reading noomxx (who is hiding) and Tarvold post ?
i am against this type of well written fake narrative sold on the basis that they can write better fake narrative...!
i put all HCW fund into another REIT with exposure to health sector and received dividend that has almost covered my half of the loss in hcw...!
