absolutely correct, the company needed funds so went to investors for investing. They look at the terms of the offer as how it affects THEM. If they want a quick buck they’ll flick the shares, if they hold they hold. It’s THEIR choice and the outcomes of other investors is rarely taken into consideration. If they didn’t sell then who would buy?? Lots of people on HC seem to like illiquid registries but then you hit liquidity risk if you need to get out of your position.
