I think it is entirely likely that until profitable revenue is achieved then there will be the need to raise capital. At least with this deal from e-Lovu they will be paying for the devices upfront which will help working capital. If HMD did land a good sized contract who were happy to pay upfront as well, say 15,000+ licenses, then there would be less or perhaps no requirement to raise money. If someone big wanted to roll things out without payment up front then a significant raise would be needed.
for my money, I think we will see 1 more working capital the raise followed by strategic placements to much more serious organisations. Who knows?? maybe the Australian Govt will see this as a perfect way to bridge the health divide with indigenous Australia or the South Pacific and roll it out as an aid type scenario?? all complete speculation until something comes through
